Welsh Water Reappoints Drainforce Limited on Major Sewerage Management Services Contract
Proven performance secures new £5m framework over 8 years for South Wales and the Southwest

Drainforce Limited has once again been appointed by Welsh Water to deliver a wide range of sewer rehabilitation works and services across South Wales. The new contract framework, valued at approximately £5 million with a potential term of up to eight years, was awarded following Drainforce’s strong track record of performance on the previous framework, which positioned the company ahead of its competition.
The scope of services includes:
- Full length lining
- Patch lining
- Pipe preparation
- Managing flows
- Liner design
- Robotic cutting
- Sewer cleaning
- Sealing and manhole coatings
- CCTV
- Blockage clearances
- Full length lining and patching on all gravity sewers, including under railways
- Rehabilitation works on all sewer sizes, both circular and non-circular
