Although Luke has been with Drainforce for a relatively short time, he has already demonstrated exceptional leadership, professionalism, and commitment. As Key Account Manager for Welsh Water, he has consistently delivered first-class service while building strong relationships with our client.

Luke's promotion reflects not only his achievements but also his commitment to taking on greater responsibility. In his new role, he will oversee Health and Safety, while leading the implementation of new processes and procedures for plant and equipment to further improve operational excellence across the business.

Before joining Drainforce, Luke served in the Army, where he gained a wealth of experience, discipline, and leadership skills. These qualities have already made a significant impact within the business and will undoubtedly continue to benefit Drainforce in his new position.
