D/F UK Ltd is inviting competitive quotations from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the supply of new plant and equipment as detailed below.

Suppliers are welcome to submit quotations for one, multiple, or all of the items listed.

ITEM 1 – 5 TONNE ELECTRIC FORKLIFT TRUCK

We require a new electric forklift truck suitable for industrial use.

Minimum requirements:

• Approximately 5,000kg (5 tonne) lifting capacity
• Electric powered
• Approximately 6 metre maximum lift height
• Suitable mast configuration for the required lift height
• Appropriate industrial battery and charging equipment
• Suitable forks for general industrial use
• Operator safety equipment and warning systems
• UK compliant and supplied with all appropriate certification
• Manufacturer's warranty
• Delivery to our premises
• Supplier to state expected lead time
• Operator familiarisation/training to be quoted where available

Suppliers should provide full technical specifications with their quotation.

ITEM 2 – OFF-ROAD HOSE REEL, TRAILER & HOSE

We require a heavy-duty mobile hose reel system suitable for off-road and industrial use.

Requirements:

• Heavy-duty hose reel
• Mounted on a suitable off-road/towable trailer
• Heavy-duty industrial hose
• Suitable for use across uneven/off-road ground
• Robust construction suitable for regular commercial use
• Appropriate connections/fittings
• Supplier to specify hose length, diameter and working pressure available
• UK compliant and supplied with appropriate certification where applicable
• Manufacturer's warranty
• Delivery included or separately identified
• Supplier to state expected lead time

Suppliers should provide details of the proposed system and full technical specifications.

ITEM 3 – 180–230 CFM TOWABLE COMPRESSOR & GENERATOR

We require a towable air compressor with integrated or associated generator capability for industrial/site use.

Requirements:

• Air output within approximately 180–230 CFM
• Towable/mobile configuration
• Suitable for industrial and site use
• Generator/electrical power capability
• Road-towable configuration where applicable
• Appropriate safety systems
• UK compliant and supplied with all relevant certification
• Manufacturer's warranty
• Delivery included or separately identified
• Supplier to state expected lead time

Suppliers should clearly state the compressor's CFM output, operating pressure, generator output and full technical specification.

QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS

For each item quoted, suppliers should provide:

• Manufacturer and model
• Full technical specification
• Price excluding VAT
• VAT
• Total price including VAT
• Delivery costs, if applicable
• Installation/commissioning costs, if applicable
• Expected delivery lead time
• Warranty details
• Payment terms
• Details of servicing and after-sales support
• Confirmation of quotation validity



Alternative equipment meeting or exceeding the above requirements may be proposed, provided any differences are clearly identified.

ASSESSMENT

Quotations will be assessed on overall value for money, suitability for our operational requirements, specification, quality, delivery timescale, warranty and after-sales support.

The lowest-priced quotation will not necessarily be selected if another proposal provides better overall value and suitability.
