Welsh Water 'Diolch' Awards
We are delighted to congratulate James Gordon, one of brilliant jetting engineers. James was nominated by a customer for Welsh Water's 'Diolch Award', because "James was so reassuring and showed great warmth and empathy."
Unfortunately our client was feeling overwhelmed and physically sick from the drain blockage at her home, and James managed to help her through the situation by clearing the blockage quickly and efficiently, at the same time talking to the lady and putting her mind at rest.
Welsh Water agreed that James went over and above and delivered outstanding customer care, awarding him the much-coveted 'Diolch' award.
Managing Director, David Evans, commented "In my opinion, every person on the team deserves an award for their ongoing customer care and hard work. It's fantastic to see one of the team receive recognition and this prestigious award. Well done James, we're beyond proud.
