Leadership Tours to Check On-Site Safety & Social Distancing Challenges

On-site safety is always of paramount concern to us, but with the COVID-19 situation, it is even more so.

The Drainforce leadership team regularly support colleagues by undertaking site tours to talk with the team about working safely and now to also understand the social distancing challenges our employees face in the work environment.

These visits are essential to understand how we can continually improve safety and the visits keep our Directors close to employee challenges, which is fundamental to developing our continuous safety improvements and behavioural safety.

The photo above is our Managing Director, David Evans, who drove a 250 mile round trip to complete this important safety visit.
